Once we receive your returned product (if applicable), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@bioma.health with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
